Our Offer

For individual clients

We build for individual orders and carry out projects provided by the customer. We also have our own designs that we can offer. Our houses are built in the standard described below.

When choosing a house design, materials, finishing technology, we provide professional advice and assistance throughout the construction period and after its completion as well.
We build houses in a raw state, developer state and turn-key state.
We do the valuation of the house individually due to the variable prices of resources and materials in 2022.

The price of a standard house includes:

  • Frame construction made with certified Swedish wood
  • energy-saving, innovative foundation system insulated with 20 cm layer of polystyrene foam made of foundation slab with B-25 concrete
  • laying the water and sewage system in the foundation slab
  • Installation of underfloor heating
  • Insulation of walls with 20 cm thick ISOVER/KNAUF wool
  • Insulating the ceiling with ISOVER/KNAUF wool with total thickness of 30 cm
  • installation of 10 cm thick foamed polystyrene together with glue, mesh and acrylic plaster
  • roofing with modern tiling,
  • execution of roof flashings and installation of gutters
  • partition walls acoustically insulated with 7.5 cm of mineral wool and covered with plasterboard on both sides
  • window joinery in three-pane glazing package in one-side color
  • external and internal door carpentry.
  • filling and painting indoor walls with four layers of white paint
  • installation of mechanical exhaust ventilation
  • wiring of the electrical installation (140 points)
  • plumbing installation
  • water, sewage and heating installation with furnace and floor heating
  • electrical system with distribution board (sockets and switches)
